ProgressBarComponent animation speed issue

Hi there

I am working on ProgressBarComponent. There is a property 'duration' to change the animation speed. no matter what value i changed, the speed remains the same. could you check if is suppose to be like this?

We have prepared a sample with progressbar and animation duration of 1000 ms and it is working fine. Unfortunately we are unable to reproduce the reported scenario in the latest version 18.4.49. We have also attached the sample used for testing and screenshot for your reference.
