Chart rendering issues with Dashboard

We having an issue with charts on Dashboard where the chart animation fires on every UI action on the Dashboard. As a work around we have turned off the chart animation after the chart has loaded via the charted Loaded event. This should give us only the animation as you enter the page. This seem to work except on the first render of the chart where the charts series are cleared but are then not redrawn. Any UI event after causes the chart to redraw correctly.

We also see this delayed redraw behaviour with the resizing issues reported as Thread Id 160322 Circular gauge does not resize when browser resizes

We have analyzed your query. Unfortunately we are unable to reproduce the reported scenario in our latest version 18.4.44. We have also prepared a sample and video link for your reference. Please find the sample below.

1. Try to reproduce the reported scenario in the provided sample.   
 
2. Share the details if you have done any other customizations in your sample.

Attached is a test case and video that demos the issue.

Note we've disabled the animation on the chart series once the chart has loaded. Without this the animation replays every time the dropdown is used.
