SfRotator unwanted UP/DOWN scrolling on iOS.

Hello,

I noticed strange SfRotator problem on iOS (real device and simulator, on Android it works fine). Please check attached video. I have simple SfRotator populated from data source. It works fine when swiped left / right as expected, but on iOS it is possible also to swipe it UP/DOWN. It doesn't change selected index but changes content to previous / next item (it seems that it gets pages from the cache) without clearing previous content.

We were able to reproduce the issue “Swiping is not properly working when adding Rotator inside the SfPopupView” and we confirm this as a bug and logged a defect report. You can keep track of the bug from the feedback portal below.

Thank you for your patience.

We have fixed the reported issue “Swiping is not properly working when adding Rotator inside the SfPopupView” issue in iOS platform and we have fixed the reported issue and find the assembly from below link.

Assembly Version: 18.4.0.35

Disclaimer: Please note that we have created this patch for the version v18.4.0.35 specifically to resolve the issue reported in this incident.

Note: Please refer the below link to apply the custom assembly

Currently we have patch support only to the main and service pack release version, not for weekly nuget release. So only provided a assembly with 18.4.0.35 version.

The fix will be included in our next weekly release, which is expected to be rolled out on February first week 2021.

Hi Radoslaw,

Sorry for the inconvenience. The fix for the reported issue is not included in this weekly release due to having some pending test cases to ensure that fix, so we were unable to move this fix. We have completed all the test cases and moved this fix in our next weekly NuGet which is expected to be rolled out on Feb 9, 2021. Meanwhile you can use provided assembly.
