Get formatting at given cursor position

Hello,

   I have a requirement to get the text formatting (bold/underline/italic/color/font size) when the cursor position is changed.  I was not able to locate a way to update a SfToolbarStatus variable outside of the FormatChanged event, I need to be able to get the formatting in the PropertyChanged event at a minimum.

   Any help is appreciated.  Using SF for XF v18.4 (latest).

Hi Mike,  

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.  

Currently, SfRichTextEditor provides SfToolbarStatus information only in Format Changed event and we do not have event for cursor  

position changed. However, we will analyze the feasibility of the mentioned requirement and will update you the validation details on  

8^th January 2021 tentatively.

The mentioned requirement “Cursor position changed event with formats as argument” has been added it to our feature request list, we will implement the mentioned feature in any our upcoming release.
