save/load user filter criteria

How can I SAVE / LOAD user filters from the GridGroupingControl?  I went to this site: https://www.syncfusion.com/kb/4671/how-to-save-and-load-filterbar-values-for-all-columns-in-winforms-gridgroupingcontrol and there is a sample C# code.  I'm unble to download the sample code.  I'm receiving an access denied error.  Is there an alternate location for this sample code?
