SfChart can't change chart title after changing series.

Please see attached example.  I can change the chart series and I change the chart title but I can't seem to do both in the same call without an exception.

I need to be able to dynamically change the series in the chart and then update the title and subtitle with new values.

Attached sample is "Counter" page from default Blazor template.

Meanwhile, we have generated custom nugget package in latest released version. Please add this local nugget in your application and install Syncfusion.Blazor.Charts package to get rid of reported issue.
