IsInteracted wrong behavior in last version

Hi,

I've just updated my package version to the latest (18.4.31),

it seems like the "IsInteracted" flag on ChangedEventArgs behaves differently on this version - 

It return false when the event has been triggered by user interaction,

Would like to get your help here.
