syncfusion essential ui kit component

Question

Hi There,I saw that on Essetial UI kit app.As you can see below that picture, how can I do that bottom page (Pick Your Color) like that. When you touch the settings image this bottom page opening. Is there an any component or way to this like that? Thanks for your helping.
