Content before and at the beginning of pages

Good day,
I was wondering how I can accomplish this.

Say I need to add content in an XLS file at the end of every page before a new one starts; how can I achieve this?
For instance, say I need to include BALANCE C/F on the end of a sheet before a new page starts and BALANCE B/F on the beginning of new pages in an excel sheet.
