Column Sort Icon is displayed on Column's Header Text

Hi, I'm using the Grid Component with the styles of Fabric UI. Unfortunately, in narrow columns the icon, which indicates that sorting is active on this column, is displayed in the text of the column header. see screenshots

I'm not using any custom css...

We have validated your query and we are able to reproduce the same problem from our end. So we have considered “Column sort icon displayed over on the column header text in Fabric theme when the width is low.” as a defect and logged a report for the same. Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping us improve our product. At Syncfusion, we are committed to fixing all validated defects (subject to technological feasibility and Product Development Life Cycle ) and will include the defect fix in our patch release scheduled on November 25, 2020. Sorry for the inconvenience. 

Due to some complexity, we have not include the defect fix in our patch release scheduled on November 25, 2020. But we will include the fix for this bug (“Column sort icon displayed over on the column header text in Fabric theme when the width is low ”) in our next patch release scheduled on December 2, 2020. We appreciate your patience until then.

We are glad to announce that our Essential Javascript2 patch release (v18.3.52) has been rolled out successfully and in that release we have added the fix for “Column sort icon displayed over on the column header text in Fabric theme when the width is low” issue . So please update your package to this version to include the fix.
