Zooming malfunction after Chart data binding

Hello everyone,

I am working on an ASP.NET web form project which using a Chart control within an UpdatePanel,
Currently I am facing a problem with Chart zooming function, it's not work normally after I load data to the Chart, please look at my source code attached to this post,



Please help me to solve this problem,

P/S: I'm using Syncfusion ASP.NET Web Forms (EJ1) version 18.3.0.35 on Visual Studio 2019 with .NET Framework 4.6, C#,

We have analysed your query. From that, we would like to let you know that the chart zooming is working fine in the version 18.3.35. Unfortunately, we are unable to reproduce the reported scenario. We have also attached the sample used for testing for your reference. Please find the below screenshot, and sample.

Thank you very much for your support,

I think it's very strange, I downloaded your project sample and run it on my computer without any modification but the error still appeared, 

Please look at the screen recorded clip I attached here,

Currently I have no idea where is this problem go from, please help me to find the solution,

Sorry for the delay in response.  
  
We have analysed your query. From that, we suspect the reported scenario may occurs due to browser cache or usage of older version of our chart package. Hence we suggest you to clear your browser cache or upgrade the package to latest version 18.3.35. We have also tested the sample in edge, mozilla and internet explorer browsers. Unfortunately, we are unable to reproduce the reported scenario. We have also attached the sample used for testing for your reference. Please find the below screenshot, and sample.

Dear Srihari,

I've cleared the browser cache, and try to run with different browsers (such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, IE) but still get the same issue,
I've also checked the ASP.NET Web Forms (EJ1) package is latest version 18.3.0.35

I will do a few more investigations and tell you the update later,
