We have analysed your query. From that, we can achieve your requirement using Bar series and annotation property in the chart and also we would like to let you know that we have prepared a sample based on the you tube content provided in which we have updated the annotation value by 1 for every 10 updates you can customize that based on your requirement you can also sort the datasource based on the yvalue. But unfortunately we are unable to achieve the exact animation effect provided in the you tube video. Please find the below sample and screenshot for your reference.
