GetSelectedRow throw exception when click on CheckAll checkbox at Grid Header

Hi,
I have a grid with grouping and enable checkbox selection, but I got exception while try to get selected row by clicking on checkbox check all in grid header, also get 0 item in array GetSelectedRowIndexes. If I check row by row, no exception happens, it only occurs when check all.

Any hint for me to get selectedrows? please, check.

Regards,
Thanh

Hi Thanh,

Greetings from Syncfusion support.

We would like to inform you that, we have deprecated the GetSelectedRows method in our latest release versions. We suggest you to use the GetSelectedRecords method instead, to fetch the selected records in Grid.

Query : also get 0 item in array GetSelectedRowIndexes.
And also we tried using the GetSelectedRowIndexes method in the RowSelected event handler of Grid. But we could not face the reported problem from our side. The GetSelectedRowIndexes returns all the selected row indexes in Grid.

We are attaching the sample in 18.3.0.41 which we have tried for your reference. Please download the sample form the link below,

Please refer the above attached sample and if you are still facing difficulties, then the following details would be helpful for us to proceed further and provide you a solution as early as possible.
  1. Share the sample which you have tried from your side.
  2. Share the exact scenario or proper replication procedure.
  3. Share the detailed codes regarding where you are calling the Grid selection methods.
  4. Share your complete Grid rendering codes.
  5. Share the details of the exception you are facing.

The provided information will help us analyze the problem, and provide you a solution as early as possible.
