can't display FloatAllPoints in ChartTrackBallBehavior

Hi, I updated SfChart version from 14.4400.0.15 to 18.3460.0.35.
But new version can't display LabelDisplayMode="FloatAllPoints" correctly.
It display like GroupAllPoints.

Hi Junji sumi,, 

We have analyzed your query and we have prepared the sample with the latest Syncfusion version 18.3.0.35. And the reported issue “Trackball LabelDisplayMode becomes FloatAllPoints and it was displayed like GroupAllPoints” was working fine at our end.

Thank you for rapid response.

I examined and found the problem. It is CandleSeries.
See attached project file.

You should check Syncfusion.SfChart.WPF version number.
I changed to ver18.3460.0.35 before zip, but after unzip it back to old version.
I have no idea about this situation.
Try with ver18.3460.0.35.

We have validated your query and now this is behavior of trackball while using FinancialSeries and RangeSeries with other series. Hence, we considered this as a feature request to provide a support for FloatAllPoints trackball label in combination series.   
   
We will prioritize the features every release based on the demands and we do not have an immediate plan to implement this since we committed with already planned work. So, this feature will be available for any of our upcoming releases

Can I ask you about work around? How do I add the label in popup box for lineseries data?

Thanks for your update. Please follow-up the provided feedback link “Trackball FloatAllPoints label display mode support for combination series” to know its status in future.

Sure. You can customize the trackball label for line series by using TrackBallLabelTemplate for series. Please refer to the below KB document.
