How can I get the row index of the grid?

HiI can't speak English. So I use Google Translate.Please understand if the explanation is not natural.During development I encountered a situation where I needed to get the index of the selected row in the grid.I want to get the selected row index at any time.For example, I want to get the selected row index when a button is clicked.Any help on how to do it would be appreciated.
