quickInfo popup always open above

But I want to open it where I click the mouse

We have checked your reported case “quickInfo popup always open above” and as per the Scheduler architecture quickInfo popup position has been calculated based on the available space between the clicked cell and browser. Kindly share whether the quick popup opens on top of the clicked cell at your end by depicting the issue in a video or image to understand the issue and proceed further.

Hi Ceil, 

Sorry for the delay. 

We checked your requirement “quick popup open where we click the mouse” but we regret to let you know that we could not show the popup where we click the mouse on the cell. Because the quick popup shows based on the relative element. When we click on the empty cell it will be showing on top of the cell. And the same, when we click on the event it should display based on the target element position. So the popup shown where we click the mouse is not feasible with our current schedule’s architecture.
