Continuous section breaks are replaced by section breaks on the next page

When loading a document (*.Doc) with a continuous section break, DocumentEditor replace it with a section break on the next page. 
How can this problem be fixed?

I am using the latest component version. Version = "18.2.0.46"

Hi Esther, 

Currently, document editor doesn’t provide support for section continuous layout. Hence it is considered as nextpage section break. We have already logged this as feature request. we will implement this in any of our upcoming releases. We will update the status of the feedback link once it is taken for implementation. We will update you once feature implemented. You can also track the feature status from below link.
