How can I take the ratings from the user and store it on the database

I am working on a car service system. so for feedback How can I take the ratings and comment from the user and store it on the database

We have validated your requirement in Syncfusion EJ Rating control. We can get the rating value and store it data base. We have prepared sample, in this sample we get the updated rating value from Rating control by using its change event. After, getting the value of Rating control, you can save it in your database based on your application scenario.
