Layer Control Panel and Geometry Drawing tools

Question

I could not find a control panel option for layers. Can one be made for the Maps control similar to how leafletjs does this:

Also, could a drawing API be implemented? Here is another example of leafletjs performing this task:

https://leaflet.github.io/Leaflet.draw/docs/examples/full.html

These are 2 critical things I would need to perform to use the maps control.

We do not have support for the drawing tools and drawing in the layers of the maps component. However, we have considered this as feature and created a feedback link. Please find the below feedback link for further follow-up.
