Loading page inside loaded page in a Splitter ?

Question

Hello dear syncfusion support, I am really stuck with the follow issue - and it give me some error by some reason.

I have the follow configuration. - a blank page where i am loading usually the pages, and a second page with a spliter where I am trying to load a third page.
By some reason it give me an error.

We have validated the shared sample and unfortunately we are unable to reproduce the reported issue. The pages are loaded inside the splitter pane, and there are no script errors. We have also prepared a video demo of validating the issue from our end.
