How to horizontally right align text in autocomplete column

I am using autocomplete with 4 columns and I want to horizontally right align text in one of the columns. Is there a way to achieve this?

We have analysed the reported query "How to change, horizontal right align text in one of the autocomplete column" and autocomplete control doesn’t have support to change the column text alignment.

We are currently validating to consider this requirement as a feature request and update you, on or before June 10, 2020 with further details.

As we said earlier, autocomplete control doesn’t have support for reported requirement "horizontal right align text in one of the autocomplete column" and we don’t have immediate plan to consider this requirement as a feature.
