[Solved] How to work with dynamic titlebar in sfform?

Question

I am following this article and I have also looked at the sample file,

my problem is that I have added ssform before loading some controls (another one I will add during form_load),but it doesn't seem Fixed title bar, I had to move up and down my control when I put or not put title bar, is there any easy way to solve this?

I have to leave this space blank for the titlebar to show up correctly .
