Angular 8: enableColumnVirtualization=true gives "No records to display" + data below together

If you specify "enableVirtualization=true" and "enableColumnVirtualization=true", then fill ej2-grid with some array data using field "dataSource",
data will be displayed in grid after that, but if you scroll down over data and then scroll up to top row, "No records to display" will be displayed.
If you scroll down again, you will see loaded data previously, but after area "No records to display" only, really painful bug. As last point - if you scroll down/up many times, "No records to display" will disappear on the top of scrolling.

Hi kalev,

Greetings from Syncfusion support.

Based on your update we have created an sample and specify the "enableVirtualization " & "enableColumnVirtualization " as true in the sample. In this sample we have dynamically added the data to the Grid using the button click.

In that sample we have tried to replicate the reported scenario in our end. But it is working fine at our end. Please find the below sample for your reference. Here we have attached a video of the sample that works as expected

To validate further on the issue, please share the details, which will be helpful for us to validate the issue.

1. Syncfusion packages version

2. Share the complete Grid code

3. Please share the video demonstration of the issue, if possible

I go over all 8 versions, same problem with different browsers, problem was solved with migration from Angular 8 to 9 and enabled Ivy Renderer.
