URL to PDF page number on custom location

Hi SF,

Is there some kind of placeholder (or another way) to blend the PDF page number at a specific location within the footer's HTML when converting from URL to PDF?.

I know you can draw a PdfPageNumberField and try to calculate the location within the footer but this might be too complex and not work well with different footer content so I'm looking to use something like this on my footer's HTML:

<div>This is my Footer and I want the page number to be here {PAGE_NUMBER} and then I can have some <span>more content</span></div>
<div>I can also have more rows, etc</div>

Thanks,

Hi Juan,

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.

No, HTML converter do not have support for inserting page numbers in place holder on HTML source itself. HTML to PDF converter internally make use of Blink rendering engine for converting HTML to PDF. So, the converter will preserve the PDF document like how the input HTML file is preserved in web browsers.

After the conversion we can add page number using PdfFooter, please refer below link for more information. But we do not have support to include the page numbers in HTML source itself.

Please find the UG link, kindly include this in the provided response.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance on this.
