How to limit the time range in a DateTimePicker?

How can I limit the possible times in the timepicker component of a DateTimePicker?

For example, I only want to have the following options:

10:00

11:30

12:00

We have already considered to provide restrict-the-time-selection-in-the-datetimepicker-component at our end and this support will be included in any one of our upcoming releases. We will implement the feature based on the customer request count and priority.
