In the given attachment in Manager/ProjectManager screen i need to override Header of the DataGrid Dynamically.

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support. 
You can change the Grid column header text dynamically by using the “column.headerText” property and “refreshHeader()” method. Please refer to the below documentation link for more information.
