Displaying gridline only on 0 y value

Hi, I wish to hide the grid, however display a red horizontal line to mark ''zero'' on the y axis. The data range of the y-axis is dynamic, sometimes it includes zero, other times it does not. Any ideas? Thanks in advance, DS
