Docking Client Panel

Where can I find some documentation on the DockingClientPanel? I can''t seem to find it in the help file or in the Essential Suite white paper. I thought this control was used in conjuction with the docking manager, but it doesn''t appear to have the EnableDocking on Docking manager property.
