I can't for the life of me figure out how to implement the Tap command in my behind code (cs file)

Currently using the vanilla UI essentials catalog category page

I'm trying to setup navigation to a catalog tile page where on the selection of the sflistview category item
The tap command executes a push navigation command and relies to the catalog tile page the name of the category that was selected
(was thinking of doing this with a constructor for catalog tilepage)
