Essential Studio V17.2.0.34 Install Hangs

Installing Essential Studio V17.2.0.34, with the offline installer,after a fresh reboot, with nothing else running and the antivirus deactivated; hangs at 70% on "Installing Syncfusion extensions"

I attach log files according tohttp://www.syncfusion.com/kb/2331

I also tried installing several times with the online installer, with similar results. I uninstalled and rebooted between tries.
