Asp.net Core Report Designer

Hello I am having issues inserting an image in a report, in report designer .Net Core. I followed the below documentation guide:


but when the image is uploaded as embedded the image is not properly displaying. Pls find attached screenshot for how it looks.

Sorry for the inconvenience. 

We were able to reproduce the mentioned issue in ASP.NET Core platform at our end. We have confirmed that the issue is a defect and logged a defect report on this. You can keep track of this bug from the feedback portal below.  

The fix for this issue will be estimated to available on our upcoming Report Platform release. 

If you have any more specification/precise replication procedure or a scenario to be tested, you can add it as a comment in the portal.

Is there a workaround until the next release? can i use other externalk and database? I couldn't get those to work either, kindly provide an example if it will work. Thank you
