Sidebar demo source code is missing

As I've been exploring demo implementations of the Blazor sidebar, I have noticed there is missing Blazor source code for Sidebar Menu demo.

Greetings from Syncfusion. 

We are already aware of and working on this issue. We will republish our sample browser with the actual Sidebar sample code on or before June 6th, 2019.
