How to add HTML elements (Shapes)

I would like  to add Html elements (Textbox, radio button, etc..) in the diagram control, then convert the elements into HTML page. Regards

We have created a sample in which we have rendered HTML shapes(button, textbox and radio button) in symbol palette and diagram.
