Issue with entering the same digit again

Hi,

I have a problem with the behaviour of the MaskedTextBox.

It's easy to reproduce -> https://ej2.syncfusion.com/angular/documentation/maskedtextbox/getting-started/#running-the-application

Just go to this link and enter 0123456789 after that, set the cursor to the beginning and enter 0. 

If the value is the same, it just skips that character and replaces the other one for that. It's very messy at this current setting

Any idea how to fix that?

Hi Paul, 

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support. 

We are able to reproduce the issue - When we type same digit in the maskEdit, it will skip the character and enter the typed value in the next position. We have confirmed this as a defect in our source and logged a bug report for the same. The fix for this issue will be included in our upcoming patch release which is expected to be rolled out in the second week of May, 2019.

The patch release version 17.1.0.44 has been rolled out along with the fix. You can update your packages to get the fix.
