Localization for MVC

Dear all,

When we searching the related title at following 

https://ej2.syncfusion.com/aspnetmvc/documentation/common/localization

only shown the following for us.

        'fr-BE': {
            'Button': {
                'id': 'Numéro de commande',
                'date':'Date de commande'
            }
        }
    });
    ej.base.setCulture('fr-BE');
</script>

Could you please to provide a smaple for us to take a reference , thank a lot!
