Is the Tooltips property in EJ1 not available in EJ2?

Hi, I used Tooltips in EJ1 to realize the mouse over the display information. I also want to implement it in EJ2, but I can't find the Tooltips parameter, so how should I implement it in EJ2?

Please refer to the below link to display tooltip for the grid cells. In the below link, EJ2 Tooltip is showed in the cells using queryCellInfo event.
