sfTreeView throw exception when empedded in a ScrollView on UWP

We confirmed that the reported issue “Argument exception occurs when treeview loaded inside scrollview with orientation property” is a defect and logged a defect report for this issue. The fix will be included in our upcoming 2018 Volume 4 release which is scheduled to be rolled out by the middle of December, 2018. Please let us know if you need patch before the release.
