Hi Woo,
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
We have checked the reported issue in Visual Studio Community 2017 (15.7.4) and the Syncfusion controls were successfully loaded. We suspect that the controls were not loaded properly in your machine. Could you please try the below steps to resolve the reported issue?
1. Close all the Visual Studio running instances.
2. Clear all the tbd files from the following location.
Location:
C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\{version}
Example:
C:\Users\Syncfusion\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\15.0_xx
If no tbd files were shown, please click View-> Hidden items in the file explorer.
3. Reconfigure the required version Syncfusion controls into Visual Studio using the Syncfusion Toolbox Installer. Refer the following documentation link for more information regarding the toolbox configuration.
https://help.syncfusion.com/common/essential-studio/utilities#toolbox-configuration 4. Now, open the Visual Studio and corresponding version Syncfusion controls will be displayed in Visual Studio toolbox including SfDataGrid.
If you still face the same issue, please follow the steps suggested in the below KB article link and send us the zip file which consists of complete Syncfusion Installer logs generated by our tool. It would be much helpful for us to analyze the reported issue.
