Transpose x and y axis for line chart and step chart

Question

Can the x and y axes be transposed using the Angular or JavaScript chart in the latest version as it was in earlier versions by using .Chart().Series.IsTransposed(true)?

Looking over the API reference for version 16.2.0.41, I can not find this property.
