Unable to log an incident

Hi,

Ever since the upgrade to the support dashboard I am unable to log incidents.

https://www.syncfusion.com/support/directtrac/incidents

There is a javascript error which occurs and blocks the submission (some missing element category-section):
scrollTop: $("#category-section").position().top

On further investigation there seems to be extra validation which prevents the form from submitting.

There are no options under Language and Visual Studio. I'm suspecting these are now required, yet there are no options and this is blocking me from submitting an incident.

Please advise. This is frustrating enough trying to report an incident when the incident reporter does not work.

Hi Raja,

I now have values in the dropdowns, but the JS problem persisted (this was a few hours ago).

However, I just re-tried, and the JS code has been updated and this issue is now resolved.

Thank you
