TreeViewAdv control not showing up in add-in in Microsoft Word in Windows 10 version 1803

I have a very curious issue with the TreeViewAdv and RadioButtonAdv controls.

We have developed an add-in for Microsoft Word and Outlook (the same add-in).

• This add-in used in a Windows Form the TreeViewAdv control.
• The form only contains the TreeViewAdv control, no code, no loading, no customization.
  
• This controls shows correctly when started from Outlook
• This control does not get loaded and is not visible when started from Word.
• When placing this control in a side pane it does show up also in Word.
• This happens only on the latest Windows 10, Version 1803 (OS Build 17134.81). On previous versions it works correctly.
• The same happens with the RadioButtonAdv control.

What could this possibly be?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion Support.

We have checked the reported issue that TreeViewAdv and RadioButton not rendered on using add-in utility in windows 10 version [1803], but the reported issue is not reproduced at our end. But internally, we observed the similar type of issue in Office insider build, so we suspect this issue would be related with that. So we are already logged the task to analyze and fix the issue and it will be included in Volume 2, SP1 release, which is expected to be release in the end of July 2018.

As promised earlier, the fix for this issue would be included in volume 2 SP1 release 2018. We will update you once it has been rolled out.
