Installation of offline documentation - VS 2017 option greyed out

Hello,

I have a quick question: I am about installing the offline documentation for your products. I have just downloaded the necessary files and started the installation application. However, when it shows the install options, the "Visual Studio 2017" option is greyed out, although it is VS 2017 Enterprise that I use almost exclusively for all new projects. See the attached screenshot of the dialog.

What it the reason that it won't install it for VS 2017, and how can it be enabled

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

L. Hummel

Hi Lasse,

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support.

To configure the Syncfusion help content in Visual Studio 2017 help viewer, Microsoft help viewer for Visual Studio 2017 must be installed in your machine. So before installing Syncfusion Essential Studio Documentation setup, please install the Microsoft help viewer for Visual Studio 2017.
