DocIO - Convert Word Document with charts to PDF

Hello, I have a word document with charts and a requirement to produce a PDF. The project is .net 4.6 version.

I am using your code snippet, but the charts are not displayed correctly in pdf. What am I missing? Thank you!

We suspect that the reported chart preservation problem is raised due to the contents and chart preserved in the input Word document. We need to investigate with the chart and their properties in the input Word document. So, could you please provide us the input Word document which used at your end. Thereby, we will analyze further on the reported problem and provide you the appropriate solution at faster.

Note: If you have any confidential data in your Word document, please replace with some dummy data and provide us the same. We just need your document to recreate the problem you face.

Hi Natalia,

We are can reproduce the mentioned chart preservation issue when converting the given Word document into PDF and the fix for the issue will be included in our 2018 Volume 2 Service Pack 1, which is expected to be available on end of July 2018 tentatively.
