Kanban custom style

Hi Team,I'm evaluating the Kanban control now. I have bellow two question need your help.How to change the style of the card when dragstartHow to change the style of Kanban so it looks like bellow grid.
     Need horizontal and vertical line render looks like a grid.

Query 1: How to change the style of the card when dragstart?

Currently, it is not feasible to change the style of the dragging card. But we can highlight the selected card in Kanban.

Query 2: How to change the style of Kanban so it looks like bellow grid. Need horizontal and vertical line render looks like a grid?

We have achieved your requirement in the sample level by using custom KanbanColumn.
