DataGrid to Image

Question

Hi,I see that you have a feature in WPF to export a grid to image using excelExport component.I have a similar requirement of converting sfGrid in xamarin forms to an image.Any idea how to do that ?Thanks for the help!

Thank You for using Syncfusion Products, 
We had analyzed your query. Based on your requirement we recommend to use the exporting the data to PDF with several customization options like custom appearance, excluding specific columns, excluding headers, setting custom row height, setting custom column width, etc. It also supports Grouping, Filtering, and Sorting when exporting. SfDataGrid does not have support for image export. Pdf exporting is more compatible than the Image Exporting. In PDF exporting we can save all the images as a collection in PDF. So, we recommend to use Pdf exporting.

Ok, great tutorial on how to export to pdf especially with lot of options. But it do not support Urdu , Arabic, or Persian Unicode languages when converted to pdf. While these languages are supported and viewed perfectly in SfDataGrid !

Unicode letter are shown but seperately and not comined to form Word.

I am using Syncfusion.Xamarin.DataGridExport (17.3.0.28)

Hi Farooq,Your requirement can be achieved by setting native language font to PdfTrueTypeFont on CellExportingEventHandler of DataGridPdfExportingController.
