PdfViewer Tap Gesture

Is it possible to detect when the pdf viewer has been double tapped? I tried adding a tap gesture to the gesture recognizer for the pdf viewer but the command doesn't get called at all.

Hi Aaron,  

At present, there are no double tap events exposed in PdfViewer. However, tap recognizers can be added to PdfViewer treating it as a Layout<View> in the sample level as you might have done. But double taps made on PdfViewer will be detected and used internally by PdfViewer. So they cannot be detected outside the PdfViewer assembly.  

We will implement the support for double taps events in PdfViewer and the implementation will be available in Volume 2 SP 2 release which is expected to be available by the end of July, 2018.

Has there been any progress on the TapGestureRecognizer being recognized outside the PdfViewer assembly? I'm trying to toggle the toolbar based on a tap gesture. I'm using 16.3.0.21.
