Grid Focus

I have a grid with a template column that is an input so that it always shows a input box. When I try to click in that input box it gets focus for a second then immediately loses focus if I double click a input box it will get focus just fine. Any idea how to fix this?  Also is it possible to remove tabbing for the grid I only want the input boxes to be in the tab order but not the rest of the grid.

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support. 

We have validated the reported issue. We are able to reproduce the issue on our side. We have logged a defect report for the issue “Focus does not persist in column template having text box”. The fix for this issue will be included in any of our upcoming releases.

We are glad to announce that patch release (v 16.1.41) is rolled out successfully and in that release, we have added the fix for “Focus does not persist in column template having text box” issue.
