Cannot download WPF Nuget Packages

In previous programs I could download packages such as Syncfusion.SfShared.WPF46; however, I can no longer download these packages on any project including the ones I previously downloaded them on. Any idea as to why this is?

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion Support. 

We provided “Syncfusion.SfShared.WPF46” package naming until v16.1.0.26. Currently, we modified the Syncfusion WPF NuGet package structure with the grouped framework and package name. Find below the Knowledge Base for more information about Syncfusion WPF NuGet package structure changes.

The “Syncfusion.SfShared.WPF46” packages available up to  2018 volume1 relaese(16.1.0.24) . If it’s not available in your Visual Studio, please ensure your NuGet private feed link configuration in your Visual Studio.
