I made a suggestion and I can use it. and work fine on developer machine as Figure 1.

deploy to IIS is Error as Figure 2.

We have resolved this issue. Now replay working fine.  
 
I made a suggestion and I can use it. and work fine on developer machine as Figure 1. 
 
deploy to IIS is Error as Figure 2. 
 
The mentioned issue might have occurred due to the IIS does not map extension for WebAPI action URLs. So please enable the IIS request modules mapped for all requests in Web.config file as shown in below code example. 
<system.webServer> 
    <validation validateIntegratedModeConfiguration="false"/>  
    <modules runAllManagedModulesForAllRequests="true"/> 
</system.webServer>
