Rich text Editor dependency issue

I am using Rich Text Editor with the attached ej.rte.js file attached in rar file. I'm using it as in fig 1. in Fig 2.a and 2.b it is defined in script part. fig3 shows included scripts and fig 4 shows the error whenever I try to use any of the features of editor like bold italic or underline etc. Can you please tell where is the error. Also why in script file there is some text part commented out ?

We have prepared a sample with the provided code in screenshots. We were unable to reproduce the issue at our end with the provided script. Please refer to the below given sample.   
   
   
Please provide us some additional details on the following:    
   
  1. Whether you are generating combined scripts of particular controls using CSG. If yes, please share us the list of controls
  2. Product version, jQuery version and browser details in which you face this issue.
  3. Whether this error occurs during normal execution of Bold, Italic commands on selected text in RTE.
  4. If possible, modify the above sample to reproduce the issue at our end, so that we can proceed further.
   
Note: We have referred scripts of 15.3.0.33 version based on the version in the attached script. If you are using any other version, kindly revert with exact version details.
